Returns

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of the purchase date. A 25% restocking fee will be applied.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Made-to-order or personalized items may not be eligible for returns, as they are specially crafted for you.

Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item. We are not responsible for items not received.
